General Description

SAC1151 is a wideband GaAs MMIC driver amplifier module covering 0.1 to 20 GHz. Gain is 27 dB, flat within ±1.0 dB, with 10 dBm output P1dB, 22 dBm OIP3 and a 3.5 dB typical noise figure.

The hermetic, laser sealed housing measures 40 x 20 x 9 mm and draws 130 mA from +9 V. Port VSWR is 1.4:1, and input power should stay at or below +10 dBm. One module covers everything from VHF up to 20 GHz, which keeps test instrumentation and broadband microwave radio setups simple.
