Noise temperature is the headline on SAC1159A-R: 45 K across 2 to 4 GHz in an S-band GaAs LNA module. Gain is 55 dB (±1.0 dB), output P1dB is 10 dBm and OIP3 is 23 dBm.

This A version comes in a 21.8 x 17.8 x 8.35 mm hermetic laser sealed housing. It accepts +7 to +15 V and draws about 70 mA, VSWR is 1.5:1, and input should be kept below +13 dBm. With that much gain in one block, it makes up for cable and downconverter losses in microwave radio and test setups.
