General Description

SAC1252A is a C-band low noise amplifier module built on a GaAs MMIC, covering 5.4 to 5.9 GHz. It pairs a 0.8 dB noise figure and 28 dB of gain with 15 dBm output P1dB.

Gain flatness is ±0.1 dB and VSWR is 1.3:1 at both ports. It draws 63 mA from +8 V and comes in a hermetic laser sealed 17.8 x 20 x 10 mm housing. The extra output headroom helps when strong signals share the band, as in microwave radio, telecom links and test gear.
