General Description

SAC1264 is a hermetically sealed low noise amplifier module for 0.5 to 4 GHz. It combines 47 dB of gain and a 1.0 dB noise figure with a strong 27 dBm output P1dB.

Gain flatness is ±1.5 dB across the band, and both ports are rated 1.5:1 VSWR. It needs a +12 V supply and draws 0.3 A. The high P1dB lets it sit in front of receivers that see strong nearby emitters, such as radar and ECM front ends, without compressing early.
