General Description

SAC1405 is a connectorized GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier module for 210 to 515 MHz. It gives 38 to 42 dB of gain with ±0.2 dB flatness, a 0.5 dB noise figure and 17 dBm output P1dB.

The module accepts any supply from +7 to +15 V and draws 150 mA, with 1.5:1 VSWR in and out. At 16.3 x 17.8 x 7.3 mm it drops easily into VHF/UHF receive front ends for radar, ECM, military radio and test systems.
