General Description

SAC1409 covers C-band and the bottom of X-band, 3.750 to 8.250 GHz, as a connectorized GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier module. It provides 42 to 46 dB of gain at a 1.0 dB noise figure, with 13 dBm output P1dB.

Expect ±1.0 dB gain flatness and 1.5:1 input, 1.7:1 output VSWR. The 16.3 x 17.8 x 7.3 mm module draws 150 mA and tolerates a +7 to +15 V supply, which makes it easy to drop into C-band radar, ECM and VSAT receive paths.
