General Description

SAC1427 is a GaAs MMIC driver amplifier in a connectorized module, covering 8 to 18 GHz with 26 dB of gain and 26 dBm output P1dB. Gain flatness is ±1.5 dB.

Noise figure comes in around 4 dB and both ports are 1.7:1 VSWR. Power is +12 to +15 V at 200 mA, in a 30.5 x 30.5 x 8 mm housing. With 26 dBm available across X and Ku band, it can drive mixers or a final PA stage in radar, ECM and microwave radio transmitters.
