General Description

SAC1429 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier module that spans 0.7 to 2.6 GHz with 35 to 40 dB of gain, a 0.8 dB noise figure and 17 dBm output P1dB.

Gain flatness is ±1.0 dB and VSWR is 1.5:1 on both ports. It operates from +8 to +15 V at 160 mA and comes in a larger 55 x 43 x 25 mm connectorized housing. The band takes in common cellular and 5G allocations, so it fits 5G, VSAT and point-to-point receive chains.
