General Description

Running from 20 MHz to 12.5 GHz, SAC1435 is a wideband GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier module with 20 to 24 dB of gain and a 1.5 dB typical noise figure. Output P1dB is 12 dBm.

Gain varies by ±2 dB over that span, and input and output VSWR are 1.6:1. Current is just 80 mA from +8 to +15 V, and the module measures 12.6 x 17.78 x 7.87 mm. One part covering 20 MHz through X-band can stand in for several narrowband LNAs in point-to-point radio, VSAT and 5G hardware.
