General Description

SAC3013Q3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package, covering 0.9 to 1.5 GHz. Noise figure is 0.7 dB, with 17 dB of gain, 12 dBm output P1dB and 22.5 dBm OIP3.

Bias is +5 V at 40 mA. Reverse isolation is 28 dB, gain flatness is ±1.1 dB and both ports are 1.5:1 VSWR, all in a package 1.2 mm tall. That 0.7 dB noise figure makes it a good first stage for VSAT and SatCom receive chains or weather radar.
