General Description

SAC3039Q3 covers 7 to 13 GHz as a GaAs MMIC LNA in a leadless 3 x 3 mm QFN. It has 20 dB of gain, a 1.4 dB noise figure, 14 dBm output P1dB and 22 dBm OIP3.

Both RF ports are internally matched to 50 ohms at 1.3:1 VSWR. It draws 30 mA from +5 V, reverse isolation is 33 dB and gain flatness is ±1.5 dB. Input is only rated to +10 dBm, so in X-band radar receivers it is worth putting a limiter ahead of it.
