General Description

SAC3056B is an S-band GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die for 2 to 4 GHz. It pairs 30 dB of gain (±0.75 dB) with a 0.4 dB typical noise figure, 0.6 dB max, and 27 dBm OIP3 at 3 GHz.

Output P1dB is 13 dBm. A single +5 V supply at 55 mA powers it, VSWR is 1.5:1 at both ports, and the die is 1.1 x 1.24 x 0.1 mm. With that little noise and that much gain, it can set the noise floor of an EW or wideband receiver by itself.
