General Description

SAC3088Q3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier covering 12 to 20 GHz in a 3 x 3 x 1.1 mm plastic QFN. Gain is 18 dB (±1 dB) with a 1.3 dB typical noise figure (1.5 dB max) and 7 dBm output P1dB.

OIP3 is 20 dBm and the part needs just 15 mA from +5 V. Port VSWR is 1.5:1. Covering Ku band and up into K band, it suits phased array receivers and point-to-point radios that need many low power channels.
