General Description

SAC3127AQP6 is an overmolded QFN6x6 GaAs MMIC power amplifier for 27.5 to 30 GHz. Expect 25 dB of gain, 35.5 dBm at P1dB, 36 dBm saturated and 25% PAE.

The drain takes anywhere from +5 to 6.5 V alongside a negative gate supply, at about 3 A. Third order products are -25 dBc at 25 dBm per tone and -20 dBc at 29 dBm per tone. An overmolded RoHS body keeps assembly simple for VSAT terminals, SatCom and microwave radio transmitters.
