General Description

SAC3145Q4 is a 2 to 6 GHz GaAs MMIC power amplifier in a 4 x 4 mm, 16-lead QFN. It provides 21 dB of small signal gain, 30 dBm CW output P1dB and 29% PAE at 4 GHz.

Linearity is -30 dBc IM3 at 23 dBm per tone. It runs from +8 V with a negative gate bias at about 700 mA. It covers S and C band in one part, which suits multifunction radar and point-to-point radios.
