General Description

SAC3234Q4 is a reflective GaAs PIN SP2T switch packaged in a 4 x 4 mm QFN, covering 22 to 38 GHz. At 29 GHz it measures 2.3 dB insertion loss and 38 dB isolation.

Forward bias is about 1 V at 15 mA, switching takes roughly 25 ns, and input up to +28 dBm is permitted with -15 V reverse bias. DC blocking and bias circuits are integrated on each RF port. A practical way to add Ka-band SPDT switching on a surface mount board without bare die handling.
