General Description

SAC3402AQP4 is a low-profile, DC to 6 GHz 6-bit GaAs MMIC digital attenuator in a 4 x 4 x 0.75 mm QFN. It gives 31.5 dB of control range with a 0.5 dB LSB, 2.6 dB insertion loss and 0.8 dB RMS accuracy.

State selection uses six LVTTL-compatible 0/+5 V inputs. VSWR measures 1.4 at both ports, and input power can go to +23 dBm. The thin 0.75 mm body helps where board height is tight, such as stacked beamforming modules and compact EW or test hardware.
