General Description

SAC3408BSPQ4 is a DC to 12 GHz 6-bit GaAs MMIC digital attenuator in a plastic 4 x 4 mm QFN, giving 31.5 dB of range in 0.5 dB steps. Insertion loss is 2.8 dB and RMS accuracy is 1 dB.

Its LV-TTL compatible inputs work on 0/+5 V, and both ports measure 1.3 VSWR. The 4 x 4 x 1.2 mm package is rated for +23 dBm input. Cellular infrastructure, SATCOM and EW designs can use it for gain leveling on a standard SMT line.
