General Description

SAC3512QP3 is a 24 to 40 GHz GaAs MMIC double balanced mixer in an over-molded 3 x 3 mm QFN, with a DC to 10 GHz IF. Expect 9 dB conversion loss and 15 dBm input P1dB at +13 dBm LO drive.

There is 40 dB of isolation from LO to RF and 30 dB from LO to IF, and nothing external to match. The molded package lets Ka-band microwave radio and telecom boards use standard SMT assembly instead of chip and wire, and the mixer runs in either up or down conversion.
