General Description

SAC3708 is an amplitude equalizer chip exhibiting a positive slope amplitude-frequency response within the DC–20 GHz frequency band. Fabricated using GaAs process, SAC3708 offers excellent process consistency and is suitable for micro-assembly operations such as eutectic bonding and wire bonding. It is designed for gain compensation applications in microwave devices and microwave components.
