General Description

For 14 to 16 GHz, SAC3914QP4 is a GaAs MMIC driver amplifier in a thin 4 x 4 x 0.75 mm QFN. Output P1dB is 29 dBm, gain is 18 dB within ±2 dB, and PAE is 30%.

It runs on +5 V drain with a separate gate bias, drawing roughly 320 mA. Input VSWR is about 2:1 and the input can survive up to +24 dBm. The narrower band and low profile target Ku-band SatCom transmitters and microwave radio.
