General Description

SAC3939Q4 is a GaAs MMIC driver amplifier with square flat pin less package shell (QFN). SAC3939 chip is used internally. The surface of the chip is covered with a passivation layer, which has good environmental adaptability.
SAC3939Q4 operates in 0.03~6GHz frequency band. The small signal gain of the amplifier is 16dB, and the output is P-1dB 27dBm typ.
