General Description

Built for very wide coverage, SAC4003QP3 is a GaAs MMIC LNA spanning 500 kHz to 3 GHz in a thin 3 x 3 x 0.75 mm plastic QFN. Gain is 26 dB and OIP3 is 38 dBm.

Output P1dB reaches 20 dBm at +5 V, and the supply can drop to +3 V with current from 70 to 130 mA. Typical noise figure is 1.2 dB (1.6 dB at 3 GHz), VSWR is 1.5:1 and flatness is ±1 dB. High OIP3 helps crowded wideband communication receivers resist intermod from strong nearby signals.
