SAC4017AQP3 is a packaged MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that operates across the 0.03GHz to 18GHz frequency range. The amplifier delivers 20dB gain, 13dBm Output P-1dB, and a low noise figure of 1.8dB from a +5V supply at 60mA typical current. Housed in a compact 3×3 mm plastic QFN package, this device offers robust performance with excellent thermal management and RF shielding. The packaged solution enables straightforward PCB integration and eliminates the need for wire bonding, making it ideal for applications requiring ease of assembly, environmental protection, and repeatable.
