General Description

SAC4020Q4 trades some current for output power: this 18 to 40 GHz GaAs MMIC LNA in a 4 x 4 mm air cavity QFN reaches 12 dBm output P1dB at 28 GHz, with 18 dB of gain.

Noise figure is 2.5 dB, flatness is ±1 dB and VSWR is 2.0:1 on both ports. Bias is +5 V at 85 mA. The extra P1dB headroom helps in microwave radio, SatCom and test receivers that have to cope with strong signals or nearby blockers.
