General Description

Covering a 34.8 to 40.3 GHz passband, SAC4302 is a passive GaAs MMIC bandpass filter chip with 2.4 dB typical loss. It rejects 40 dB at 29.7 GHz and 36 dB at 43 GHz.

No DC supply is involved. The 2.3 x 1.32 x 0.1 mm bare die has 50 ohm input and output with roughly 15 dB return loss, and it tolerates +30 dBm input. Use it to clean up the upper Ka-band, for example after an upconverting mixer or ahead of a power amplifier in a millimeter wave module.
