Get A QuoteGaAs MMIC Bypass Low Noise Amplifier 2~8GHz
General Description
SAC4504Q7 is a low noise amplifier (LNA) with an integrated bypass function, manufactured using a GaAs process. It operates between 2GHz~8GHz. In amplification mode the device provides 30dB gain, 1.5dB noise figure and 16dBm Output P-1dB with flat gain response and low input and output VSWR. In bypass mode it offers 2dB typical loss and a high input P-0.5dB of 24dBm. Switching between modes takes about 100ns.
The control logic is simple: the device stays in bypass state when VS is permanently biased at -5V and VD is set to 0V, and switches to amplification mode when VD is biased at +5V. Total current consumption in bypass operation is only a few milliamperes.
The device is assembled in a 7x7mm QFN package.
