General Description

SAC4702QP4 is an L and S-band limiter LNA MMIC for 0.9 to 4 GHz in a 4 x 4 x 1.3 mm QFN. It combines 32 dB of gain and a 0.5 dB typical noise figure (0.8 dB max) with a PIN diode limiter rated for 5 W (37 dBm) CW at the input.

Output P1dB is 15 dBm and overload recovery takes about 40 ns. Supply is +4 to +5 V at 40 to 55 mA, flatness is ±1.5 dB and VSWR is 1.5:1. That input rating gives radar receivers margin against transmitter leakage.
