General Description

SAC5027Q6 is a GaN MMIC power amplifier in a 6 x 6 mm QFN covering 1 to 3 GHz. It delivers 40 dBm output with 22 dB small signal gain, 15 dB power gain and 35% PAE.

Current is about 1.5 A from a +28 V drain, with negative gate bias. The package is 6 x 6 x 1.3 mm, so a 40 dBm L and S-band stage can sit on an ordinary PCB without flange mounting or bare die handling. Point-to-point radio is the listed use.
