General Description

SAC1103 is a Ka-band driver amplifier module for 26 to 40 GHz with WR-28 waveguide ports. It gives 11 dB of small signal gain, ±1.5 dB gain flatness and +15 dBm output P1dB.

The supply range is +4 to +6 V at about 100 mA, and input and output VSWR are both 2:1. It uses a low phase noise design, and an integrated gain vs. temperature compensation circuit (TB1103) is available as an option. Typical slots are VSAT and point to point radio transmitters, plus military, space and test setups.
