General Description

SAC1121 is a GaAs MMIC PHEMT power amplifier module which operates between 27.5 and 31GHz.The amplifier provides up to 24 dB of gain, +40dBm Output P-1dB while requiring 14A from a +6V supply. SAC1121 is an ideal amplifier for microwave radio applications from 28 to 31 GHz.
