General Description

SAC1129 is a compact GaAs MMIC power amplifier module for 28 to 30 GHz, giving +32.5 dBm output P1dB and 30 dB of small signal gain.

WR-28 waveguide is used on both input and output, and bias is applied on a pad with case ground. It runs from +6 V at 1.4 A. The gold plated 7050 aluminum case weighs just 105 g, light enough to mount close to the antenna in 5G, VSAT and point to point radio front ends.
