General Description

SAC1135 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier module that spans 1.2 to 3.4 GHz, L through S band. It offers 34 dB of gain, a 0.7 dB noise figure, +18 dBm output P1dB and +28 dBm OIP3.

Nominal supply is 8 V (the table allows +7 to +15 V) at around 110 mA. The aluminum alloy housing is 54 x 30 x 8 mm and 85 g, with SMA connectors and pin bias with case ground. That OIP3 gives reasonable linearity for SatCom, VSAT, weather radar and point to point radio receivers.
