General Description

SAC1154 is a high gain driver amplifier module that spans 0.1 to 20 GHz using GaAs MMIC chips. It delivers 46 dB of gain with ±1.5 dB flatness, a 3.5 dB typical noise figure and 10 dBm output P1dB.

That much gain brings a weak source up to driver level in one block. Supply runs from +9 to +15 V at about 230 mA, VSWR is 1.4:1, and maximum input is +10 dBm. The hermetic, laser sealed case is 40 x 20 x 9 mm, sized for wideband test instrumentation, telecom and microwave radio.
