General Description

SAC1155 is a balanced L-band power amplifier module covering 0.7 to 1.5 GHz. It puts out 39 dBm with 32 dB of small signal gain, ±1 dB flatness, 50 dBm OIP3 and 33% PAE.

Supply is +28 V at about 800 mA, and the housing measures 25.4 x 34 x 5.5 mm. Return loss is 14 dB at the input and 15 dB at the output, with the input rated to +15 dBm max. That 50 dBm OIP3 gives linearity headroom in L-band microwave radio and telecom transmitters, and in test instrumentation.
