General Description

SAC1197 is a wideband GaAs LNA module that covers all of 26.5 to 40 GHz. Gain is 38 dB, noise figure is 3.3 dB, and output P1dB is 13 dBm with 20 dBm OIP3.

Supply is +12 to +15 V at 150 mA, and VSWR is 1.5:1 on both ports. The housing is hermetic, laser sealed and measures 2.427 x 0.75 x 0.58 in, rated for -20 to +85 °C operation. Covering the whole Ka band in one unit makes it useful for test instrumentation and millimeter wave radio receivers.
