General Description

SAC1217 is an X-band low noise amplifier module covering 9.5 to 10.5 GHz. It has 45 dB of gain, a 1.5 dB typical noise figure and 15 dBm output P1dB.

Bias range is +8 to +15 V with about 200 mA of current, and both ports are 2:1 VSWR. The 1 GHz band centered on 10 GHz lines up with X-band radar and microwave radio receive chains.
