General Description

SAC1233 is a Ka-band wideband low noise amplifier module covering 26 to 40 GHz. It has 35 dB of gain, a 3 dB maximum noise figure and 10 dBm output P1dB.

Current is a modest 150 mA from +12 to +15 V, and port VSWR is 2:1. It gives millimeter-wave radar, ECM and test receivers a lot of gain in one connectorized block.
