General Description

SAC1243 is an X-band connectorized power amplifier module for 9.3 to 9.6 GHz. It provides 47 dBm output P1dB with 27 dB of small signal gain and ±1.5 dB gain flatness.

Expect a serious power budget: the module runs from a single +15 V supply and draws about 15 A, so plan the DC feed and heat sinking around that. The narrow 9.3 to 9.6 GHz band lines up with X-band radar transmitters, and the page also lists ECM, military and test use.
