General Description

SAC1249 is a wideband driver amplifier module for 0.9 to 8 GHz with 25 dB of gain, ±1.5 dB flatness and 29 dBm output P1dB. Noise figure is a low 2 dB for a driver stage.

It accepts anything from +12 to +28 V and draws about 1 A, and both ports are specified at 2:1 VSWR. The housing is 52.9 x 32 x 10 mm. One module spans nearly a decade of bandwidth, which keeps driver chains simple in microwave radio, telecom and test instrumentation.
