General Description

SAC1266 is a power amplifier module covering 1 to 2.5 GHz, from L band into the lower part of S band. It provides 36 dB of gain, ±1.5 dB flatness and 33 dBm output P_-1dB.

Supply current is only 600 mA at +14 to +16 V for that output level, and the housing measures 52.9 x 32.0 x 10.0 mm. Typical uses include microwave radio, telecom transmitters and test instrumentation.
