General Description

SAC1296 is a Ku-band driver amplifier module for 13.2 to 16 GHz. It provides 25 dB of gain with ±1 dB flatness and 22 dBm output P1dB, and the noise figure is only 1.5 dB.

A single +15 V rail at 200 mA powers it, and the housing is 52.9 x 32 x 10 mm with 2.1:1 port VSWR. The low noise figure lets it double as a receive side gain stage, though its main job is driving the PA in Ku-band microwave radio, telecom and test setups.
