General Description

SAC1324 is a very high gain low noise amplifier module covering 0.5 to 5 GHz, with 63 dB of gain, 2.5 dB typical noise figure and 16 dBm output P1dB.

Gain flatness is ±1.75 dB across the band. It runs from +12 to +15 V at about 270 mA with 1.5:1 VSWR. Handy when a receiver needs a lot of gain in a single block, in radar, ECM, radio or test setups.
