General Description

SAC1332 is an X-band power amplifier module covering 8 to 12 GHz, delivering 31 dBm output OP-1dB with 35 dB of gain and ±1.5 dB flatness.

It takes +12 to +18 V and draws about 1 A, with 2.0:1 port VSWR and a 4 dB typical noise figure. That much gain means a low-level signal is enough to drive it to full output, which keeps the rest of an X-band radar, ECM or radio transmit chain simple.
