General Description

SAC3003 brings 38 dB of gain and a 0.8 dB noise figure to the 0.2 to 0.6 GHz range as a GaAs MMIC LNA die. Gain flatness is ±0.15 dB and output P1dB is 17 dBm.

OIP3 is 28 dBm, supply is +5 V at 75 mA, and VSWR is 1.6:1 on both ports. The die measures 1.3 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm. Its low frequency coverage makes it a fit for VHF and UHF radar and radio front ends.
