General Description

SAC3008A is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die for 0.4 to 3.5 GHz. It provides 17.5 dB of gain with ±1 dB flatness, 1.2 dB noise figure, 15 dBm output P1dB and 25 dBm OIP3.

It draws 54 mA from +5 V, VSWR is about 1.4:1, and the die is 1.2 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm with full passivation. Typical uses are UHF through S-band receivers for radar, ECM, radio and test.
