General Description

SAC3008BQ3 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier in an air cavity QFN package, covering 0.4 to 6 GHz. It provides 18 dB of gain, a 1.2 dB noise figure, 17.5 dBm output P1dB and 30 dBm OIP3.

Bias is +5 V at 58 mA, gain flatness is ±1 dB, and VSWR is 1.5:1 in and out. The package measures 3 x 3 x 1.3 mm. Broad coverage and modest current make it an easy general purpose receive gain stage for telecom radios and test instrumentation.
