General Description

SAC3014 is a broadband GaAs MMIC LNA die for 1 to 3.5 GHz. It gives 24.5 dB of gain with ±1 dB flatness and a 1.7 dB noise figure, plus 14 dBm output P1dB and 25 dBm OIP3.

Bias is +5 V at 55 mA, VSWR is 1.6:1, and the die is 1.4 x 1.25 x 0.1 mm. One part covering all of L and S band cuts down the number of LNA variants needed across radar, ECM and test receivers.
