General Description

SAC3033 is an S-band GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die for 2.7 to 3.5 GHz. It pairs a 1.6 dB noise figure with 19 dBm output P1dB and 30 dBm OIP3, at 12 dB gain and ±0.75 dB flatness.

Supply is +5 V at 54 mA, port VSWR is 1.4:1, and the die is 1.2 x 1.24 x 0.1 mm. That much output headroom for an LNA helps S-band radar front ends cope with strong nearby signals before they compress.
