General Description

SAC3039 is a GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier die for 7 to 13 GHz with a 1.35 dB noise figure. It provides 20 dB of gain with ±0.8 dB flatness and 14 dBm output P1dB.

Current draw is only 35 mA from +5 V, and VSWR is 1.4:1 on both ports. The die is 1.56 x 1.26 x 0.1 mm. Low noise on a small current budget makes it a good first stage for X-band radar and microwave radio receivers.
